The City of Vincennes has secured a $100,000 Target Lasting Change (TLC) grant from the Knox County Community Foundation to help fund an inclusive playground at Gregg Park. The Next Level Gregg Park project aims to provide accessible playground equipment and features, creating a space where children of all abilities can play together. Since 2008, the TLC grant program has contributed over $305,000 to Knox County projects, supporting initiatives that enhance quality of life. Past recipients include organizations such as Life After Meth Inc. and Good Samaritan Hospital.
