Daviess Community Hospital held the ribbon cutting of the newly renovated emergency room yesterday in front of a crowd of distinguished guests and employees yesterday morning. The renovations made the ER 40 percent larger, going from 9 rooms to 14 rooms, and it includes a new entrance for ambulances. The over 4-million dollar project will help the hospital serve the over 12-thousand patients they see each year.
