The Town of Elnora plans to apply for a $90,000 Planning Grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs on or around February 21. The funds, along with an estimated $10,000 in local contributions, will be used to develop a Master Utility Plan to evaluate and address infrastructure needs for the next 10-20 years. Town officials are requesting community input to support the application. Residents experiencing water, wastewater, or stormwater issues are encouraged to submit details and photos via the survey link on the Town of Elnora Facebook page or email mckenzie@sidc.cc by Monday, February 17. These submissions will help demonstrate the town’s need for funding.
