In Loogootee, Jim Trout, the 1970 Trester Award winner and member of the 1970 Loogootee Lions State Finalist team, will be the guest speaker at this year’s boys pre-sectional banquet. The banquet will be held Sunday at 4 pm at the St. Johns Center. Tickets will be $20 and available at the door. The Lions will open the 1A Sectional at Jack Butcher Arena against Washington Catholic on Wednesday night.
