A Greene County farm has been recognized for over a century of family-owned agricultural contributions.

The Reel farm received the Hoosier Homestead Centennial Award, honoring farms that have been owned by the same family for at least 100 years.

State Sen. Eric Bassler (R-Washington) and State Rep. Bruce Borders (R-Jasonville) presented the award.

Since its establishment in 1976, the Hoosier Homestead Award Program has honored more than 6,000 family farms across the state.
