Zaxby’s will officially open its doors in Vincennes with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for Monday, April 21, at 9:30 a.m. The new restaurant is located at 1277 Hart Street, right next to the Vincennes Township Fire Station. The building, which formerly housed a Steak ‘n Shake, has undergone extensive renovations to prepare for Zaxby’s arrival. Local leaders and community members are invited to attend the grand opening celebration to welcome the popular chain to town.
