Three Arrested Following Residential Entry Incident in Washington

Three women were arrested late Tuesday night following a residential entry incident at a home on Mill Street in Washington. Washington Police Department officers responded around 11:51 p.m. after a caller reported a woman had entered the residence yelling. Officers arrived minutes later and took multiple individuals into custody. Trista Witty, 23, was arrested on multiple charges, including residential entry, impersonating a public servant, battery, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. Patricia Craft, 54, was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct. A third individual, Jennifer Linville, 23, was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Vermillion County. One of the women involved reported a head injury and was transported to Daviess Community Hospital before being returned to the security center. The incident remains under investigation by the Washington Police Department.
