The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane restrictions for US 50 near the Indiana and Illinois border.
Crews will restrict the driving lanes of US 50 near the Old State Road 67 bridge. These restrictions will allow crews to work on the front slopes of the bridge. This work will help stabilize the banks and prevent erosion. East and westbound driving lanes will be restricted during this project. The project is expected to take a week to complete, depending on the weather.
The intersection of 800N and Highway 231 is closed today for road work. Please avoid this area if possible. This road closure will be until 9/23/2022 weather permitting.
575E btw 200N-300N will be closed today for paving from 7:30 am to 5 pm. School buses will be able to get through.
