Carmel is your Indiana girls state golf champion shooting a 323 and a 305 in the two day tournament at Prarie View Golf Club. Country Oaks regional champion Castle finished tied for second with Center Grove 14 shots back. 2022 Individual Champion is Ava Bunker a FRESHMAN from Columbus North who shot -2 for the two rounds and won by a dominating 9 strokes.

The Colts are 1-2-1 overall and 0-2-1 in AFC South play.
Matt Ryan went 27-of-37 for 356 yards, with 2 touchdowns to Mo Alie-Cox and an interception. He also fumbled three times, losing one. Colts tight ends had 11 catches for 180 yards. Jonathan Taylor had 20 carries for 42 yards, most of those yards coming in the third quarter. Zaire Franklin was in on 15 tackles. The Colts were -3 in turnover margin, one squelching a promising second-half drive and another leading to Tennessee’s first score.
Albert Pujols is leaving Busch Stadium in the best way possible. The longtime St. Louis Cardinals star, in his final regular-season home game before retirement, drilled a home run against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday afternoon. That marked No. 702 of his career. Pujols’ solo shot came off Roansy Contreras in the third inning, and tied the game 4-4. The ball went 409 feet and brought Pujols to 2,214 career RBIs — which ties him with Babe Ruth for second on the league’s all-time list.
