Richard “Ritchie” William Osha, 26, passed away January 25, 2023. Richard was born on June 21, 1996, and he is the son of Stephen Lee and Elaine Sue (Christie) Osha.
Richard was a 2014 graduate of Washington High school where he excelled in wrestling. After graduation he attended Manchester University and loved being on the wrestling team. Richard enjoyed longboarding, playing video games, fishing, and photography and was an avid Michigan State and Cincinnati Bengals fan. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his daughter Lennix, especially with their jeeps.
Survivors include his parents, Stephen and Elaine Osha of Washington; girlfriend, Darian Hahn of Plainfield, IN; his daughter, Lennix “Lenny” Osha of Plainfield, IN; sister, Christine “Teeny” Davis and her husband Lucas of Washington; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and friends. Richard is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Helen June Christie-Montgomery and William Albert Christie, and paternal grandparents, Richard Lee and Wilma F. Osha.
Those who loved Richard and his family are welcome to visit with them from 4-8 pm on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 3, 2023, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Merold officiating.
