An Orleans man lost his life in a fatal accident this week in Bedford. 26-year-old Brandon Meadway of Bedford told police he was traveling south on State Road 37 when a Toyota Camry driven by 40-year-old Adam Redmon turned into his path, and he was unable to avoid the collision. Redmon complained of body pain following the collision. A passenger in his car, 42-year-old Karlie Holt of Orleans, suffered internal injuries as a result of the collision, and he was later pronounced dead at IU Health Bloomington. Meadway suffered pain in his lower body. Damage estimates were over $100,000 in the accident.
