Washington Community Schools will offer a bereavement program called Camp Memories for kids in 1st through 12th grades who have lost a family member or loved one. The program is designed to provide a supportive and fun environment for children who are grieving, with activities that promote confidence and healing. The one-day camp will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Washington Junior High. In addition to age-based support groups, the camp will feature fun and creative activities for the children to enjoy.
