Daviess County Council President Tony Duncheon and Daviess County Commissioner President Nathan Gabhart delivered the state of the county address Friday afternoon. Several local leaders and members of the county gathered as updates were given on county roads, past improvements on the Odon-Cannelburg Road, the new Central Dispatch Center, and more. Commissioner Gabhart says the big undertaking this year for the county will be the courthouse renovation project. The project is expected to cost around $10–13 million, and Gabhart told the crowd about an unexpected obstacle they have had to deal with along the way…
