A Bloomington resident, Tarea Hutchins, has been arrested for armed robbery and armed kidnapping at Walmart. Hutchins demanded money from a 25-year-old woman shopping at Walmart and threatened her with a knife when she refused. Hutchins forced the woman to withdraw money from an ATM by the store’s entrance. After reviewing security footage, investigators found Hutchins in the parking lot near the fuel center and arrested her. Hutchins is currently in Monroe County jail, with bond set at $15,000.
