The filing period is now open for candidates to run for office in Martin County through February 9th at noon. These offices will be on the May 7 ballot: 3-County Council at Large, Commissioner Districts 1 and 3, Treasurer, Coroner, Surveyor, Auditor, and Recorder. All the proper forms needed are now available at the Martin County Clerk’s Office.
