The Seymour Police Department says they found two people unresponsive inside a car Tuesday morning, and one of them was pronounced dead at the scene. 18-year-old Kelli Randon and 16-year-old Pascual Felipe-Miguel were both found in the car. Felipe-Miguel was pronounced dead at the scene, and Randon is alive, according to Seymour police. Officers found the two in a car along Shields Avenue outside of the Seymour Country Club. Investigators believe carbon monoxide poisoning may be a contributing factor. The investigation is ongoing as investigators wait for toxicology results.
