Emergency personnel responded to a Pike County accident with entrapment Tuesday morning. The Petersburg Volunteer Fire Department’s Facebook page is reporting they were called to State Road 57 and County Road 400-north at 6:24-am.
Rescue 4, Squad 4 and Engine 41 responded with 11 firemen. There were two vehicles involved and one person was trapped in a vehicle. The person was freed and treated by Pike County EMS and later was flown out by Air Evac.
