Washington Community Schools is thrilled to announce that all K–12 students will receive free breakfast and lunch for the 2024–25 school year. This year, the program extends to all grade levels, offering significant savings of approximately $740 per student annually. Students will receive a USDA school meal daily, which includes a meat or meat alternative, a grain, a fruit, a vegetable, and milk. Students must select at least three of these five food groups.
