Logan Grannan, born on February 21, 1997, a man of great devotion, humor, and friendliness, was taken from us unexpectedly on October 6, 2024. Logan was a loving father, brother, son, nephew, grandson, and a cherished friend to many.

Logan attended Washington High School and graduated from Pike Central High School, Class of 2015, in Petersburg, Indiana, and was proud to serve as a Team Leader for Aldez Containers inside Toyota. He was known for his warmth, kindness, making everyone laugh, and the joy he brought to those around him. His dedication to his family and friends was unwavering, and he touched the lives of many with his generous spirit and infectious laughter.

Logan was actively planning his future, working on improving his credit score and aspiring to start his own business. He dreamed of creating a better life for himself and his beloved son, Jaxxson. Logan loved deer hunting, sitting around a fire with family and friends, fishing, riding ATVs and motorcycles, and cherished the memories of the Mustang he used to have. Chico, his beloved dog, will miss their adventures and friendship greatly alongside his son Jaxxson

He is survived by his son, Jaxxson; his father, Chris Grannan (Laura Beard); his mother, Leah Dennis Sorter (Eric Riker); his sister, Kaitlin Schultheis; his brothers, Jake Carrico and Noah Dennis; his paternal grandparents, Cheryl (Grannan) Mason and Bob Mason; his aunt, Lori Jones (Dean Jones); his uncle, Josh Sorter; maternal papaw, David Mandabach; his maternal cousins: Marissa Small, Zane Small, and Kaylee Miles as well as many paternal cousins; his stepsisters, Liberty Fleenor and Justice Kemp; his stepbrother, Kegan Benton. Logan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Daniel Grannan, his maternal grandmother, Dorinda Field, whom he adored, and one of his best friends, Colton Riker. He is also remembered fondly by his cousins, Brock Hamm, and Timothy Jones. He held a special bond with his best friend and brother from another mother, Taven Randolph. Logan will forever be in the hearts of those who loved him, including the love of his life, Mikala Nolan, and their son, Jaxxson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 13th, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Washington time (3:00 to 7:00 PM Central Time) at Fredrick and Son-Gill Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held on Monday, October 14th, with visitation from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central Time) also at the funeral home, with service following immediately after officiated by Reverend Pete Aldridge. Burial will follow at Sugarland Memory Gardens.
