Two people were found dead at Bear Run Mine in Sullivan County, and a suspect is now in custody.
Joshua Alan Penick, 35, has been charged with murder and neglect of a dependent causing death.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the identities of the victims.
It’s unclear if Penick’s arrest is connected to the disappearance of Samantha Jerrell and her son Colton, who were last seen in Greene County on October 13th.
