The Blue Chip Conference passed out some post season accolades yesterday. 
 Let’s start in Boys Soccer. Barr-Reeve’s Wyatt Canary, Shoals’ Malachi Mcnabb and  Wyatt Boyd and Washington Catholics Chris Bassler  were among the 1st team all conference selections. South Knox took hoe the conference crown going 7-0.   In Girls Soccer Washington Catholic Cardinal Celeste Santiago was named to the first team along with Cardinal Alli Stearns who was the first team goalie.
  In Tennis Barr Reeve won the title with an undefeated record and placed Xavier Mehring, Daniel Underwood, Kierson Legacher, Levi Lester, Isaac Madison, Brody Swartzentruber and Kyle Graber on the first team and Loogootee is represented by Koen Waggner, Wade Walten, Joe Graber and Cooper VanHoy.

The Southern Indiana Sharks travel baseball team will have signing day tomorrow at the Blue Jeans Center in Monroe City.  Teams will get fitted for uniforms, and players will officially sign their contract for the upcoming season.  The event is from noon to 4pm at the Blue Jean Center and owner of the Southern Indiana Sports Academy Darren Bauer says it is fun for both the players and the parents with
an IU Football watch party, field games, and food trucks will be on hand.  The community is invited and encouraged to stop by and see what The Sharks are all about.
