The parade will step off at 4 p.m. Again, line-up will be at the Library. All are welcome and encouraged to participate this Sunday in downtown Washington.
The annual Veterans Day Program presented by the VFW and American Legion will again be held at the Hill of Heroes at Eastside Park on Monday at 11 a.m.
