A traffic stop for speeding on US 50 resulted in the arrest of a Shelburn man on multiple charges Sunday night. Trooper Austin Collins stopped a vehicle in Shoals on December 1 and identified the driver as 34-year-old Carl McKenzie. McKenzie exhibited signs of impairment and was taken to Daviess Community Hospital for a chemical test. Following the test, McKenzie was arrested and transported to the Martin County Jail on misdemeanor charges of OWI and Possession of Marijuana.
