The Shoals Public Library will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its library expansion project on Friday, January 31, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
The event will take place on the east side of the library at 404 High Street, Shoals.
This expansion is made possible by a grant modification and strong community support.
The historic Carnegie Library will undergo renovation and expansion with Taber Owens Construction Group leading the project.
The public is invited to join in celebrating this milestone.
