The Martin County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) will host its annual meeting on Tuesday, February 4, at the Martin County Community Building & Event Center, 2668 U.S. Highway 50, Loogootee. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with dinner by Carla’s Catering served at 6:30 p.m. Richard Beckort, Extension Educator, will be the evening’s guest speaker. Tickets are $5 per person, with free entry for anyone 18 and under. Tickets can be purchased at the SWCD Office, 404 John F. Kennedy Avenue, Loogootee, or from SWCD supervisors.
