Nearly 50 tickets issued in a US 41 Saturation Patrol


 
The Knox and Gibson County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police made some arrests issued 49 traffic tickets and 86 warnings  in a 4 hour saturation patrol on US 41 Friday.
From noon to 4pm officers were targeting aggressive and dangerous driving.
Arrested was 21-year-old Alexander Moss of Indianapolis charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  He had been stopped for speeding near Oaktown.  He’s being held in the Knox County jail on bond.
In Gibson County.  29-year-old Jeffery Lemons of Evansville was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. 23-year-old Mathew Warren was also found to be in possession of marijuana. Both were cited and released.
