A routine traffic stop on Monday night resulted in the arrest of three individuals on felony drug charges, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. At approximately 8:20 p.m., a deputy pulled over a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado on US 50 near Wheatland for failure to maintain lanes. The driver, Charles Hayes, 53, of Vincennes, was found with methamphetamine and marijuana in his possession. His passenger, Rebecca Workman, 35, also of Vincennes, was found with methamphetamine, unauthorized pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia inside her purse. Both were arrested and booked into the Knox County Jail, each facing Level 5 felony charges for meth possession, along with additional misdemeanor charges. They remain in custody on a $10,000 bond. Later that night, at approximately 2:34 a.m., another deputy stopped a Silver Ford F-250 in Vincennes for running a red light. The driver, David Nall, 32, of Washington, was found to be driving on a suspended license. A K-9 unit alerted to drugs in the vehicle, leading to a search that uncovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and items used for drug dealing. Nall was arrested and faces multiple charges, including Level 5 felony meth possession and dealing, possession of a syringe, and driving while suspended. He remains in custody on a $10,000 bond.
