Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a semi-truck and a passenger van on U.S. Highway 50 in Cannelburg, around 7:04 AM on yesterday. Multiple agencies, including Knox County deputies, local fire departments, and medical personnel, arrived at the scene. One individual was transported to Daviess Community Hospital with injuries. Due to poor weather conditions, air medical transport was unavailable. Towing services were called to remove both vehicles from the roadway, with the scene being cleared by approximately 9:59 AM. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
