Born on August 14, 1926, Patricia’s journey was one of close-knit family bonds and significant community presence, and she leaves behind a legacy characterized by deep familial love and dedicated civic involvement.

Patricia graduated from high school with fond memories, extending her education into college studies. She found vocational fulfillment in her work as a telephone operator, a role that allowed her to connect with numerous lives. This foundation of communication and service underpinned her subsequent contributions to the family business alongside her beloved husband, Lloyd Hardy, whom she married in 1946. Together, they weaved a fabric of support and growth until his passing. Her professional dedication further shone through in her valued role as the city clerk-treasurer, where her detail-oriented mind and kind demeanor served her community admirably.
