Marijuana and trespassing arrests report….and there was a vehicle fire on 231 Friday afternoon
-Indiana State Police arrested a Raleigh, North Carolina resident in Daviess County on Friday. 24-year-old Juel R. Bizzell is charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2000.
-A Washington woman was arrested by city police on Friday for operating while intoxicated refusal, intimidation and criminal trespassing. 31-year-old Amanda S. Johnson was incarcerated without bond.
-Two vehicles collided in the turn lane from the Washington Wal-Mart to the highway yesterday. There were no injuries. The mishap occurred at about 3:30pm.
-The Odon and Madison Fire Departments responded to a vehicle fire at 4:20 yesterday afternoon on 231 south of the Crane turnoff. A caller reported his white Lincoln fully engulfed. Firefighters were on scene for about 90 minutes. There were no injuries.
-A motorist reported hitting a pole with a vehicle on Main in Elnora at about 8 last night.
