Deputies were dispatched to 547 South 300-West in Washington at 2:24 yesterday for a shooting complaint. No one was hurt in that incident but a search of the residence turned up 2 ounces of crystal meth, marijuana, hydrocodone, paraphernalia and 3 firearms along with ammunition.
Arrested were 43-year-old Cedric Merrit, 23-year-old James Sutton and 20-year-old Eric Rayman.
Merrit and Sutton are charged with dealing and possession of meth. Merritt was also charged with dealing in a schedule 2 controlled substance, possession of marijuana and a schedule 2 substance and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. He’s also facing visiting a common nuisance charges.
Sutton faces additional charges of possession of paraphanernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
Rayman’s charges were visiting a common nuisance and conspiracy to commit dealing in meth.
