Alcohol and battery arrests in Elnora and Vincennes, grease fire on 150-west.
-Firemen responded to a grease fire at 2901 County Road 150-west at about ten till 7 last night. There was lots of smoke but no flames when firefighters arrived. They were on the scene until about 8:20-pm. No injuries.
-An Odon man was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on operating while intoxicated charges at 11:04 last night. 31-year-old Jesse Roscoe Lumm posted and was released.
At just before 2 this morning, a Vincennes man was arrested on a felony charge of domestic battery. 38-year-old Cody S. Edgin was taken into custody after a Vincennes Police investigation on North 10th Street. Edgin is charged with Level 6 Felony Battery and Level 6 Felony Strangulation.
