-A man accused of rape in Daviess County will be in court later this month for a plea hearing. 31-year-old Joseph Tyler Brown is charged with connection an incident last August. He appeared yesterday for a pre-trial conference on Daviess Superior Court. His plea hearing was set for May 24th.
– In a separate case, a jury trial was set for September 26th in Daviess Superior Court for 20 year-old Francisco Alberto Rodriguez. He’s charged with rape and criminal deviate conduct stemming from a May 2014 incident involving an underage girl.
