-Three people were charged with Possession of Meth overnight by Washington Police. 50-year-old Santiago M. Gallardo, 30-year-old Jonathan D. Spaulding, and 30-year-old Alison M. Breeden all face the charge. Breeden is also charged with Tampering and Obstructing Justice.
-25-year-old Jonathan D. Zehr of Loogootee was jailed yesterday in Daviess County on an out of county warrant. The arrest was made by State Police. No bond was set.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department picked up 33-year-old Dustin R. Saylor yesterday on a Failure to Appear warrant. Bond was set at $2500.
-Washington Police arrested 45-year-old Howard L. Cannady of Washington for Resisting Law Enforcement and Fleeing in a Vehicle Tuesday. No bond was set.
-David W. Speakman, 39 of Washington, was jailed on a Dubois County Writ of Attachment Tuesday.
-Tuesday, 29-year-old Clayton M. Moffett of Washington was arrested by city officers for Driving While Suspended with a Prior.
-63-year-old Dennis R. Harman of Washington, was charged with Operating While Intoxicated Refusal on Tuesday.
-Police arrested a 42-year-old woman at the Loogootee McDonald’s on Monday after she was threatening employees and then was found to have drugs on her. Police got the call around 10 p.m. on Monday for a female who was acting disorderly and threatening employees. The female was identified as Shawn M. Brown, 42 of Loogootee. She was initially taken into custody for intimidation and disorderly conduct. When a K-9 searched her vehicle, officers found 15 syringes and a spoon containing a white residue which field tested positive for methamphetamine. Then, as Brown was being booked into the Martin County Security Center, a baggie containing a white crystal substance was located. At this time, police report Brown ‘agitated and approached the jail officer in an aggressive manner.’ Brown is facing two charges of intimidation, disorderly conduct, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, trafficking with an inmate, maintaining a common nuisance and unlawful possession of a syringe.
-The Vincennes Police Department arrested 30-year-old Brandon Michael Parish on a Felony Probation Violation Warrant on Tuesday night. The arrest took place just before 8-pm at Building 5 at Autumn Ridge Apartments.
-Sean Couglin, 36, was arrested by Vincennes Police just before midnight last night for Operating a Vehicle with an Alcohol Content of .15% or More.
-28-year-old Mathew Campbell was arrested by VU Police and booked into the Knox County Jail at 11:36 last night. He’s charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle While Never Having a License.
-The Knox County Sheriff’s Department took 28-year-old David Proctor into custody last night for Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. He was booked in at around 7pm.
-Zachary Patrick, 25, was booked into the Knox County Jail Tuesday afternoon for Theft and Fraud.
