Washington Mayor Joe Wellman presented Character Matters plaques to City employees Andrea Dwyer and Anita Ash Monday. Dwyer was nominated by her fellow employees for her kindness. Ash was nominated for the respect she shows others.
At the city council meeting…the Washington City Council worked through a short agenda in near record time. Mayor Wellman called a public hearing on Washington’s 2018 which will be up for final adoption at the first Council meeting next month.
