Scott A. Bath, 28, of Washington, died at 1:15 a.m. Thursday at his residence.
Born July 18, 1989, in Daviess County, he was the son of Ronnie and Melissa (Willis) Bath.
He was a member of Bethany Christian Church. He worked at Cornelius Manufacturing and was a member of the American Legion, National Rifle Association, the Army National Guard, Indiana National Guard, Delta Company 1-151, 1313 Engineering Battalion.
He is survived by his mother, Melissa Bath of Washington; his father, Ronnie Bath (Rebecca) of Bicknell; a brother, Mitchell Bath of Washington; a sister, Kaylee Bath of Bicknell; grandmothers Shirley Willis and Donna Bath, both of Washington; great-grandmother Mildred Purdue of Washington; two nephews, Kason Walker of Bicknell and Declan Bath of Washington; a niece, Payton Bath of Washington; and three stepbrothers, Tyler Stutzman of Fort Branch, Tyson Stutzman and Tytus Stutzman, both of Bicknell; stepsister Tiara Stutzman of Bicknell; and family friend Kevin Walker of Bicknell.
His wife, Audra Bath, preceded him in death on June 1, 2012. Also deceased are his grandfathers, Robert Lee Bath and Jessie Lee Willis Sr.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home, Washington Chapel, with Bro. Matt Merold officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
