28-year-old Quentin Smith of Washington was arrested after midnight for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $4000.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 43-year-old Jacky Hinkle of Washington for domestic battery on Friday. Bond was set at $2000.
David Lemon, 55 of Washington, was jailed on a $6500 bond for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, OVWI with endangerment and resisting law enforcement in a vehicle.
