A motorcycle rider was thrown from his 2013 Harley on Sunday after hitting a curb on Daviess County Road 1400-East near Odon.
The Sheriff’s Department says it happened at 4:51-pm when 65-year-old Robert L. Smith II was southbound and ran over some loose gravel and veered right and hit the curb. Smith was taken to Daviess Community Hospital.

There were no injuries in a 6:11-am accident Saturday on Daviess County Road 125-east. 21-year-old Cameron Mandabach was driving a 2013 Dodge Charger north bound and didn’t see water on the road. The car hydroplaned and went off the west side of the road into a ditch.
