          The official trick or treat times in Washington tonight are from 5 to 8:30.
          Several safe stops are being held across the city and county.
          Some of them include:

•           The Washington Police Department
•           Daviess County Sheriff’s Department
•           Washington Firehouse 2
•           Daviess Community Hospital
•           The VFW
•           The Washington Library

                    Meanwhile, you can trick or treat tonight in Vincennes from 5:30 to 9.   In Petersburg, the official times are 5 to 8pm.
