Three Elnora residents are facing charges after a Monday morning investigation by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department. 42-year-old Donald R. Buchanan, 44-year-old Sandy D. Buchanan and 18-year-old Katelyn R. Buchanan are all charged with Battery in the Presence of a Minor and Disorderly Conduct. All three were taken into custody Monday morning after police responded to an Elnora address at 7:44-am.
