Traffic stop nets two

Drug charges filed against a motorist following  a state police investiation.

An overnight traffic investigation by Indiana State Police in Daviess County ended in drug and nuisance charges against two Washington residents.
40-year-old Tara Graber was arrested for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, OWI with endangerment, and maintaining a common nuisance.  She and a passenger, 40-year-old Jeremy Simpkins were both charged with possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia.  Simpkins was also charged  visiting a common nuisance.
Graber’s bond was set at $11,000 and Simpkins at $6500.  Both remained incarcerated at the Daviess County Security Center.

Washington City Police picked up 33-year-old Justin Martindale of Washington on an out of county warrant on Wednesday.  No bond was set at the security center.
