Jane C. Corbin, 84, Washington, entered into eternal life at 10:30 a.m. March 31 at her daughter’s home in Huntingburg.
She was born Sept. 14, 1930 in Washington to Albert W. and Margaret (Haffey) Briddon.
Jane was graduated from Washington Catholic High School in 1949. She retired from Cresent Plastic in Evansville after 25 years of service. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Washington.
Jane is survived by her daughter Margaret Corbin Guy and son-in-law Gary of Huntingburg, and a son, Michael Corbin of Washington. She has six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lois Heffernan and Connie Coffey.
The family invites anyone who would like to attend to 4 p.m. mass at Our Lady of Hope Saturday. A celebration of life will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Knight’s of Columbus in Washington. A second celebration will also be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the American Legion Post in Washington. Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg was entrusted with the arrangements.
