Daviess and Knox Arrests

DAVIESS 

 

Saturday

-21-year-old Austin e. Hopkins of Washington was charged with Driving While suspended with a Prior.  Bond was posted.

-Odon Police arrested 46-year-old Anthony J. Pottorff of Odon.  He was picked up on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Dealing in a Schedule 4 Substance.  Bond was set at $50,000.

Sunday

-22-year-old Marquise A. Jones of Washington was jailed for Domestic Battery and Resisting Law Enforcement.

-Jose A. Dubon, 34 of Washington was arrested by Washington Police on Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated and with Endangerment.  He was also wanted on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence.  No bond was set.  Dubon’s arrest came after a 3-am accident on Southwest 5th.  He hit a concrete barrier at the railroad tracks.

-A traffic stop at 4:13-am Sunday at South and Southwest 1st resulted in the arrest of 23-year-old Luis Aguilar of Washington.  He’s charged with Operating While Never Licensed and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Refusal.  Bond was posted-Brandi R. Nugent, 40 of Washington was picked up on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Possession of Meth.  Bond was set at $5000.

 

IN KNOX COUNTY

 

-Vincennes Police report that Anastasia Weidner was jailed in Knox County Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated.

-James Hitt, 38, was arrested in Vincennes Sunday for Possession of a Syringe.

-Bicknell Police arrested 55-year-old Bryan Mathies Sunday morning.  He’s charged with Possession of Meth and Possession of a Synthetic Cannabinoid.

-Bicknell Police arrested Robert Michael James on Sunday for Criminal Trespassing and Criminal Mischief.

-Bicknell Police picked up 43-year-old James Evans on warrants for Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia.

-Vincennes University Police charged a man Sunday with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement.  20-year-old Darius Moore was lodged in the Knox County Jail at 2:17-pm Sunday.

-Vincennes University charged 65-year-old Thomas Joice Saturday with Operating a Vehicle with a Schedule 1 or 2 Controlled Substance.
