Despite the warnings and notices to the public there were several instances of illegal parking leading to towed vehicle Saturday night. It’s believed they were related to folks headed to the K of C drawing. The complaints started coming in just before 6pm.
-A vehicle parked in a fire line on Southeast 3rd was towed.
-On Southwest 2nd , four vehicles were towed for blocking a driveway to a private residence.
-One vehicle towed for blocking a driveway on Northeast 1th.
-There was minor damage to two vehicles which were parked against each other on East Main.
-There were reports of vehicles blocking the garage doors at Big O Tires and parking next to yellow lines across the street.
-A vehicle was towed on Mill Street for parking in a No Parking Zone.
