Washington City Council meets tonight

   The Washington City Council meets in regular session tonight.
   On their agenda is a public hearing concerning additional appropriation from the Local Option Income Tax Fund, and two ordinances to dedicate a portion of Tower Drive and a portion of Southwest 5^th Street. 
    The meetings begin at 6:30 at the Council Chambers on Harned Avenue in Washington.
