Voter registration ending Monday

          If you’ve not registered to vote you need to do it today or Monday.  The Daviess County Clerk’s office is open 8 to 4. 
          If you need to make a name change, register for the first time or change an address you’ll need to register.
          Bring a photo ID with you.  Voter registration ends at the end of the day on Monday.  Early voting begins next Tuesday April 8^th.  The Municipal Primary Election is May 7^th. 
          In Washington there are several Republican candidates facing off in contested races for Mayor and City Council seats. The Democrats have several names on the ballot, though none are contested for the primary.
          Again today and Monday is your last chance to register to vote for the May 7^th election.
