A 23-year-old Washington man was arrested on warrants yesterday in connection with several alleged sexual related crimes. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served an arrest warrant on Terry R. Hill-Junior. He’s charged with Rape, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Child Solicitation, and Sexual Battery. Bond was set at a half-million dollars.
