-Washington Police arrested 44-year-old Jennifer McCombs of Hardinsburg, Indiana. She was arrested on an out of state warrant and was facing local charges of Possession of Meth and a Syringe.
-Indiana State Police arrested 53-year-old William Lusk in Daviess County Tuesday. The Evansville man was charged with two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated including with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment. He’s also charged with Possession of Marijuana. Bond was posted.
-Washington Police conducted an investigation Tuesday and charged 19-year-old Joezie Mumma of Washington with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of Handgun without a License and Possession of a False ID.
-Washington Police arrested 19-year-old William Byers of Washington yesterday for Criminal Mischief. Bond was set at $2000.
-Alexander Walls, 26 of Washington was arrested for Driving While Suspended on Tuesday.
-Amanda Merritt, 36 of Indianapolis was picked up on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence. Bond was set at $2500.
-Fire crews responded to 317 E. Race Street Apartment 303 in Odon at around 2 yesterday afternoon. A caller reported their neighbor called saying smoke was coming from the apartment. Odon firefighters, the sheriff’s department and Southwest Medical responded. Electric and gas companies were called to shut off service. There were no injuries. The state fire marshal was contacted and according to the police log entries, the fire marshal said he thinks the fire was accidental.
-There was a report of a theft of a tuner from a truck on 700-East at Odon. That report was made about 6:30 last night.
