Phillip Rath, 63, of Vincennes, IN, passed away at his home on July 12, 2019.
Phil had served as Vice-President of Finance and Government Relations, at Vincennes University. In August of 2019, he would have been at VU for 36 years.
Surviving is his wife, Marianne (Hulen) Rath; his children, Mitch Rath and his wife, Amanda, Todd Rath and his wife, Laura, all of Vincennes, IN, and Jennifer Gilbert and her husband, Cody of Evansville, IN; his sister, Kim Modrowski and her husband, Tom of, St. John, IN; and his grandchildren, Noah, Baylor, Keaton, Campbell, Bristol, and Brecken Rath, and Sadie and Greyson Gilbert.
Born April 1, 1956, in Trinidad, CO, he was the son of Charles and Joyce (Sayre) Rath. They have preceded him.
Friends may visit with Phil’s family from 2:00 – 7:00 on Tuesday, at Goodwin Funeral Home. A private memorial service will be held later.
