Kimberly Ann Petty, 43, of Plainville, Indiana, passed away July 21, 2019. She was born in Lancaster, Ohio on August 3, 1975 to Paulette (Bigham) Wharton and David Wharton. She graduated from North Daviess High School in 1993 and in 1995 she graduated from Vincennes University with an associate degree in Medical Technology. She at the time of her passing she was working as a Home Health Aide through Guardian Angels and was a member of Plainville Christian Church. She also enjoyed driving in the country.
She is survived by her mother Paulette Wharton of Lancaster, Ohio; a daughter Alysia Petty of Plainville, IN; a son Logan Petty of Plainville In; 4 brothers, Donald (Jennifer) Wharton of Omaha, Nebraska, David (Monica) Wharton of Lancaster, Ohio, Travis (Jennifer) Wharton of Fort Wayne, IN; Christopher (Jessica) Wharton of Rhode Island; a sister Wendy (Tim) Werner of Muncie, IN.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, David Wharton.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Kimberly at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Plainville Christian Church with Pastor Don Wolfe will be officiating the ceremony. Visitation will be from 9 to 11:00 AM at the church.
